Michael has a passion for introducing and maturing agile methodologies throughout the business. His varying roles as a ScrumMaster and a Product Owner have allowed him to gain a robust agile toolset that he uses to rapidly realize agile efficiencies across the organization. When not applying agile to software development, Michael uses agile thinking at home, leading standup’s and tracking chores on the family Kanban board.
