Born and raised in Scotland, now living in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, I have been an IT professional for over a decade and a Learning Technologist since 2009. In June 2014 I started work with the University of Sunderland as the Senior Learning Technologist in Web and Learning Technology Services with responsibility for improving the performance of the team and the quality and use of the products and services we offer, particularly the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), SunSpace.
