Samuel Sydänlammi

Samuel has long been a passionate advocate of lean and agile product, process and organization development. He started to dive into programming in his teens in 2003 (Basic, PICAXE), then got enthusiastic about open source software (Java, C++), participated in competitive programming contests, ended up working in the Aalto University Laboratory of Software Engineering (Python, Scala), and then has served in many firms -- small and large, new and established. He has exercised his capacities in many roles, as a Software Developer, Scrum Master, Process Developer, Product Owner, Agile Coach, among others. His growth mindset leads him to constantly challenge himself, learn more and get great things done together with other growth minded people.
