Saad Manasterli has over six years of business analysis and hands on experience in requirement management, SDLC, project management principles and Agile frameworks. He has extensive reporting experience and is an expert at analyzing client needs and translating them into technical requirements and design specifications.  Mr. Manasterli is also a certified Scrum Master and adept at the development of use cases, user stories and tasks following Agile Scrum framework. He is a versatile leader possessing both business and tactical analysis skills, effectively leading and motivating teams. Mr. Manasterli is a superb communicator excels in working with diverse personnel and in influencing decision-makers, resulting in improved operational efficiency for all parties. He is a fast learner with a keen ability to identify root causes and operational gaps and develop scalable solutions. He served in the U.S. Army as a leader and trainer during two deployments.
