Narendra Lingam is IT Leader with 13+ years of experience in IT Experience in Project Management, People management, Test Management and Quality Assurance dealing with Enterprise Software Applications for large application transformation for Telecom, Banking customers under traditional as well as Agile methodologies. He has 7 years of overseas experience in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and Malaysia. Project delivery management roles for Major Banking customer where he played a significant role in agile transformation initiative of the customer. He is involved in various other activities such as Knowledge Management, Automation, Learning/coaching activities etc. in Tech Mahindra.

He is an agile enthusiast and Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.

He has played key role as Scrum Master in Agile transformation journey of a major Banking customer in USA. He has delivered multiple training sessions on Agile/Scrum & provided coaching/mentoring sessions for various teams working on Agile projects or undergoing Agile transformation.
