Shine Jacob, PMP

 Summary

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Jacob oversees operational activities in the organization, leading the development and implementation of cost-effective systems, processes and operations to meet current and future needs. As the founding President of ESAC, he served in this role until June 2019. Mr. Jacob's career includes engagements in managing and delivering Innovative Technology Solutions in the healthcare and informatics domain for private, public and academic organizations for more than 25 years.  Mr. Jacob managed the design, development, and deployment of several informatics solutions, and scientific databases in support of agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services, as well as private sector clients. Since founding ESAC in 2006, Mr. Jacob has driven the company’s revenue growth by over 130%, landing ESAC on both the INC-500 for three years, and Washington Technology’s list of 50 fastest growing small-businesses in the government technology market.  Prior to founding ESAC, Mr. Jacob held key positions at Celera Genomics and Sybase. Mr. Jacob holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and Technology from John Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD. He also holds certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster (CSP-SM).
