About
Sven Hary is an long-time agilist and former FE-Developer/UX-Designer with a passion for team develoment. Born in the "Ruhrgebiet" (Ruhr Area) in Germany and he likes to play Basketball. He loves to see a group of individuals becoming a high performance team - much more valuable than the sum of the individuals.
He began to be addicted to the agile mindset in 2010. As an "old-way" Team-Lead and Project-Manger he couldn't work longer with unrealistic and toxic deadlines based on whitewashed assumptions. He grabbed his first Scrum Book and the rest is history :) I love Scrum and Lean - especially because of the different image of humanity.
