Scott Griffith

An Agile practitioner since 2000, Scott Griffith is the founder and CEO of Agile Raven, Inc. as well as a practicing Agile Coach who provides training, consulting and coaching services in Agile software development areas including Scrum project management and enterprise agile adoption. Scott is focused on helping individuals as well as companies adopt Agile practices and principles including Scrum, APM, XP, and Lean.

Scott has over 25 years experience in IT including New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and systems Engineering. In addition, he has extensive experience in managing offshore development and Project Management Offices (PMOs).

A former high tech industry executive, Scott has held leadership positions at HDL Marketing, Hewlett-Packard, McAfee, Media Monitors, Symantec, and VERITAS.
