I am a Program Manager, Agile practitioner, and Salesforce professional who leads enterprise digital transformation programs from strategy through production delivery. With 15+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem and a portfolio of complex, multi-workstream implementations, I guide cross-functional teams through the full delivery lifecycle: shaping scope, owning requirements and backlog readiness, coordinating vendors, and driving programs to on-time, on-quality launches.
