I’m an experienced Project Manager and certified ScrumMaster looking for the opportunity to work in the DC area. I’ve been practicing Agile and Scrum for 6 years and have worked with both large and small companies. I am now eager to apply my knowledge and experience in a scaled environment.
My favorite ScrumMaster moment is when a new team finally 'gets it', and becomes a self-organizing machine, ready to continuously improve their process. I work to remove impediments, and to ensure project features are prioritized and delivered in a timely manner. I thrive when working with multiple teams.
