About
Stuart Fish is an agile coach working with Improuv Gmbh, Munich, supporting individuals, teams and large, scaled agile. He has been working in the IT sector since the late 90s, but started his working career as a professional forest resources manager (yes, at that time he wore a lot of green clothing) in Scotland in the early 90s. His agile journey has so far taken him from the damp forests of West Scotland, through turbulent times as CEO of a Helsinki-based location-based software & services company (Telekom sector), as product owner and then agile coach in a Europe-wide local search provider (web/mobile), co-founder of a small US-based startup (much learned, but no Ferrari) to coaching teams and enterprises reach their true potential through agility. Stuart loves being able to combine his product, team and management experience with LeanAgile thinking to help individuals, teams and enterprises experience the same “aha” effect of good agile product and service creation. Stuart spends his free time with his wife and son in Bavaria, and the family enjoys frequent trips to the mountains and back to Scotland and Finland to visit friends and family.
