Scott Downs

Scott Downs is a former senior banker who has devoted the last eighteen years to working with leaders to create great organisations through great cultures. He was an investment banker for nearly 20 years, becoming one of JPMorgan’s youngest-ever Managing Directors. Since leaving banking he has consulted to senior teams in financial services, technology, information services and energy, as well as acted as Chief Operating Officer for several consulting , leadership development and entrepreneurial organisations. In the last five years, colleagues have introduced him to the Agile world; he is now working to blend his leadership experience with the creative energy of Agile practices in financial services and other industries. In addition to his work with corporate and professional services leaders, Scott has worked with young people to discover and bring to life their personal inspiration. He is a trustee of Youth Futures, a charity creating opportunities for young people in South London. He is co-founder of Tri Cosain, a venture helping young people (and those young at heart) to discover and bring to life a sense of personal inspiration, and to weave inspiration into learning and career journeys.
