Samuel Cavalcante is a computer engineer and systems engineer who discovered himself being passionate about working with people, communities, and cultural transformation. In this path, Samuel became a Management 3.0 Facilitator and an Agile Coach. CSM, CSD, CSPO and Kanban certified, with experience in team building, lean processes and facilitation, being very creative when it comes to retrospectives. He worked for three years as a ScrumMaster in DígithoBrasil, where he strongly used the Agile principles within the Scrum framework, helping teams create better ways to work delivering software that the clients really use. During this same time, he worked as a teacher of higher education, using the agile mindset to teach more interactive classes. Samuel has been studying agile and Scrum since 2011 and is still learning with its practice.
