Sabine Canditt holds a master degree in electrical engineering. She has 20 years of experience in hardware, system and software engineering and consulting. From 2003 to 2011, she worked for the central Siemens process consulting group, after that for Allianz. Currently, she is helping to build an Global Agile Program to support Allianz with agile training and coaching, towards business agility within and beyond software development and IT. In 2012, she started her own business in addition to her activities at Allianz (www.cansult.de).
Her mission is improvement. As an agile consultant, trainer and coach she helps business groups, teams, and individuals to apply agile principles and practices to become better and more successful. As a long-time member of big and traditional organizations, she is used to cope with typical challenges like:
- big and dispersed teams
- organizational transition and change
- embedding Scrum and agility into a (still) non-agile world
Her coaching credo has been published (in German) here.
Her customers appreciate especially her pragmatism in combination with her enthusiasm for agile values and principles - and her good sense of humour. With a wide background in process improvement with CMMi and Lean, solution focussed coaching, and workshop facilitation she inspires people to think out of the box and combine useful approaches from different origins.
