I've been a ScrumMaster since 2013. At Cisco, I have been a ScrumMaster of several Agile teams, including distributed global teams. I currently am a Software Engineering Leader, leading 3 engineering teams as well as people leader over 3 Agile Coaches
Prior to moving into the ScrumMaster role, I was a User Interface (UI) developer for 18+ years. I primarily focused on Enterprise Application Development using HTML/Javascript/CSS and Adobe Flash/Flex. I've worked in many different industries including healthcare, telecommunications, government contracts, security, and e-learning for retail.
I graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Business Administration specializing in Decision and Information Sciences.
In my personal time, I like to spend time with my family and dogs, camp/hike, blog, crafts, and travel.
