Saibal Banerjee is having about 14+ years of overall experience in the IT industry. Currently working as IT Project Manager.  Started his career as a developer and then moved into project management and agile practices. Have a solid track record of leading teams through the challenging transition from waterfall to Agile practices. As certified PRINCE2 practitioner and ITIL 4 MP, have used project management and service management skills along with agile practices. Over last 14 years worked with multiple UK and India based clients in the domain of Retail and Utilities. Also lead multiple inter company Scrum training for non Scrum teams for overall agility in the company. Also certified as SAFe Agilist and DASM.
