Stefan Aspin

Established IT professional working at Elanco Animal Health, responsible for the delivery design and transformation of our Digital solutions team. Focused on integrating Agile practices, culture and developing high performing teams using my experience as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM).

In previous roles I have been responsible for the application of Technologies to improve business performance in Elanco’s UK and Ireland market. At Lilly I was an implementation lead of a large scale digital transformation program across Europe and the Emerging Markets. Focusing on Agile and rolling out a new API-centric digital reference architecture. I am also a graduate of the Lilly Accelerated Development Programme, designed to advance selected top talent to leadership and strategic positions.

In my spare time I am a Sergeant in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets delivering training, experience and opportunities for 12-20 year olds based around aviation. My main role with the ATC is as a qualified Weapons Instructor and Range Officer. When i'm not working or with the Squadron, I like to network, play computer games, socialise with friends and am a keen traveller with an aspiration to see the world.
