Rebatikant Senapati has significant 20 plus years of experience in IT sector spanning across different roles and business functions for various domains like Banking and Financial services, Cards, Healthcare, Automobiles, Retail, Insurance and TeleCommunications. He has been working in agile software development projects for more than 8 years now as an agile transformation lead, coach and consultant. Working as a Global Scrum Master at Program and Team levels and has extensive hands-on experience of implementing & maintaining Agile Transformations for large scale organizations by conducting agile and scrum process framework religiously and maintaining transparency and coaching. His expertise lies in transformation using Scrum, SAFe, DevOps and Kanban Practices as a value add.He believes in “ Being agile rather than doing agile”. Involved in conducting agile events like Backlog Refinement activities, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review or Demo, Sprint Retrospective meetings and Stand-up meetings and guiding the whole team to implement the agile way of working thoroughly following Scrum framework. Closely in-line with scrum artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burn Down Chart, Velocity management and Defect management.
