About
I love watching humans thrive and achieve together. I believe organizations of all types can elevate how people work together to unleash the potential of individuals and teams at all levels.
As a thinking partner to visionary leaders, I help them combine the art of the possible and curiosity with disciplined experiments to develop organizational cultures in which people can bring their whole selves to work, in which teams collaborate well, in which elephants are welcomed and conflict is healthy. Cultures that generate better results and happier humans.
Throughout my software career, and particularly since beginning to adopt Agile practices, I have helped business people and technologists collaborate daily to plan and prioritize investments and backlogs for value, quality, and innovation.
In Dec 2022 I co-founded The Welcome Elephant, which partners with you and your leadership team to deliver lasting positive change within your organization. We facilitate leaders and their teams, giving them a chance to practice the words and behaviors that create experiences that shape others’ beliefs and actions, and ultimately their results.
