Ronica Roth wants to change the world of work, helping companies build learning organizations that honor the individual, give everyone the chance to do what they do best, and harness the power of teams to amplify great work and produce great stuff (including software).

My current mission, as Agility Services Practice Development Lead, is to equip CA to unleash our customer's potential through agility. Our consultants help our customers find the shortest path to self-reliant agility. Agility helps those companies do great things through the collaborative, aligned and innovative efforts of their great people.

Throughout my software career, and particularly since beginning to adopt Agile practices in 2003, I have helped business people and technologists collaborate daily to plan and prioritize investments and backlogs for value, quality, and innovation.

As an Agile Consultant and Services leader at Rally since 2006, I have:

  • Worked with senior leaders to move their companies toward business agility.
  • Guided dozens of companies as they rolled out Agile at scale.
  • Launched and coached many dozens of teams and programs through iteration and release planning, delivery, and retrospection.
  • Certified hundreds of ScrumMasters and Scrum Product Owners.

I have worked with ISVs and IT departments in companies in many industries, including healthcare, finance, insurance, government, telecommunications, and media, helping Rally guide customers through iterative and incremental organizational change, following their individual art of the possible to bring new success.
