About
I have been working as a software developer since 1999. I went on to managing products, portfolios, projects and teams. My employment history ends with managing software delivery in one of Croatia's largest ICT companies, being responsible for 120 people.
I am now a founder and principal consultant in Backlog ltd., a privately owner consulting company focusing on Agile, Lean and Software architectures. I am also a partner and Chief Customer Officer in a fast growing software development company AGENCY04, currently 100 engineers strong.
I have worked on Agile projects and overall transitions in my organisations as well as for clients. And last but not least, I authored the first Croatian book on Agile methods with 270 pages of howto's, examples and best practices on Agile and Lean.
