Randy Peterman

Randy Peterman is passionate about empowering people to be their best.  He makes things like cheese, beer, barbecue, (roasts) coffee, and more recently scrum teams and guitars.  While many people find the role of scrum master difficult because of the attitude of service that it requires, Randy’s dedication to servant leadership from an early age at church and in other volunteering opportunities means he’s getting to live his dream when he’s serving a team. 

Randy looks for ways to better himself so that he can help others grow and better themselves through increased exposure to excellent resources, different ways to frame problems, and opportunities to help within the community.  When he’s not working and serving he’s madly in love with his wife and spending time with their two daughters in Aurora, Colorado or somewhere across the globe.

He is available for coaching, consulting, and is presently working on an introductory book on Scrum and Agile for those scrum masters who are “under certified” so that they can figure out if the role is right for them.
