Renato Otaiza

Renato has executed Scrum roles in organizations in Australia and Chile. His first experience with Scrum was as Dev Team in an IT company in Australia, doing tasks asociated with quality assurance and business analysis. At LATAM Airlines in Chile, Renato was intensively coached to become an experienced Scrum Master, facilitating every Scrum ceremony and other agile meetings, but also coaching teams and leaders along the agile transformation that the organization was experiencing. Currently Agile Coach at Scotiabank Digital Factory in Chile, Renato has constantly shared his learnings and met the Latinamerican communities during the last years, mainly focused on topics such as agile transformation, the value of people and agile techniques.
