Title: Agile/Scrum Coach
Rob Oliver is an Agile Coach endeavoring to make the world of software development a better place for teams and leaders alike. Rob has had a long-time interest in leadership and team effectiveness, starting with research at Purdue University's Krannert Graduate School of Management and then management development for Intel University. In 2009 he had a life-altering experience taking a Certified Scrum Master workshop taught by Jeff McKenna and Chris Sims and became an ardent agile evangelist. He has been continuously improving software delivery at companies ranging from small start up companies to large organizations including AT&T, Google, Hewlett-Packard, Salesforce, and Wells Fargo.
