I am a Certified Scrum Master with experience building software from the ground up through Scrum. I have experience supporting applications, back-end and font-end though Kanban. I have worked as a ScrumMaster side by side a team as well as coached multiple teams simultaneously. My passion lines in solving customer problems through collaborative and Agile environments.
I have more than 15 years of experience in IT, with a strong foundation in Project Management, Quality Assurance and Helpdesk; for companies in international shipping, higher education (UCDavis) and Healthcare (VSP). Proven track record in Agile project development. I am a Certified ScrumMater (CSM) and IC Agile Certified Professional Business Value Analysis (ICP-BVA).
