Ruchi Mishra

Ruchi Mishra has 20+ years of experience in the Software testing field. She has been practicing Scrum for 7 years and playing a role of Scrum Master along with the QA role.

She has been associated with the Agile Community in Pitney Bowes and successfully conducted internal trainings on topics such as "Basics of Agile and Scrum", "Better Stand ups", "Product Backlog Grooming" etc... She is currently part of the Global Agile Coach group where there is an opportunity to meet Agile coaches from different geographies. She also works with the local Agile Coach to help the team resolve their scrum related issues and improve Scrum Practices to enable the team deliver with quality.

She is been associated as a Local Agile Coach and is a member of Global Agile Coach as well. 

CSM Certification has really helped her to convince team members the benefit of following Scrum practices. Her team has team members with different Scrum experience which enables her to learn more about the Scrum practices.
