About
René Marquenie is an experienced and passionate Agile Scrum coach with a business engineering background. In recent years he has held various roles within this framework. Started as a developer, progressed to Scrum Master and currently coaching Scrum teams. He has worked with both co-located teams as well as with distributed teams (operating off-shore from India).
As Coach / Scrum Master he lead/assist your teams as a servant leader from a start-up phase to self-steering entities. As a trainer, he provides your people the right knowledge and skills to apply Scrum. As a consultant, he helps you in deploying Agile Scrum within your organization constantly looking for possible adjustments to get even better results.
Prior to his Agile Scrum activities René worked as SAP business intelligence consultant. In this role he gained experience with all aspects of a SAP BI implementation. Both technical and process point of view (From data-extraction from source systems till final (web) reports, from business blueprint till managed operations from productive systems).
He is certified Scrum Master (CSM & PSM-I)/ Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM & CSP-PO).
