I am an experienced Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner with a successful 14-year background in healthcare, manufacturing, and telecommunications.  My unique expertise blends innovative thinking, Agile Scrum experience, drive to achieve, and strong collaborative communication skills.

Throughout my career, I have adeptly maneuvered through various technical environments, encompassing mobile, web, API, and cloud technologies.  I have a successful track record of creating and collaborating on user interface mockups for mobile and web applications and in conducting productive backlog grooming sessions that enhance product value.

At the beginning of my career in the role of a Programmer/Analyst, I made significant contributions to companies such as Lockheed, Sun Microsystems, and TRICARE.  At McKesson, my role as a Product Owner involved key interactions with over 16 agile teams, contributing significantly to product development and excellence.

During my tenure at Allegion, I was at the forefront of Internet of Things (IoT) advancements, spearheading smart lock product development across multiple platforms and driving effective teamwork with international partners.  My efforts here led to the development and patenting of an innovative solution, recognized at a global company competition.

At Dish Network, I guided the Smart Home Services project that was delivered within the aggressive schedule.  This project was a major initiative with high visibility that was forecasted to generate a projected revenue of over $1 billion annually.  It was critical to successfully launch a web/mobile site to support a comprehensive company initiative, encompassing technical support, marketing, and logistics.  My role included close collaboration with stakeholders to identify and document essential features, leading a 15-member Agile team.

In my role at nVoq, I guided the product teams to delivering a leading solution in the home-based care sector while expanding into other medical dictation markets.  In this tenure, we are saw a significant increase in the customer base, a 30% improvement in application responsiveness, a 3% rise in accuracy, and overall enhanced user satisfaction with our dictation solution.
