Ryszard Krakowiak

I'm responsible for creating an adaptive, innovative, learning and trusting work climate. To engage my team and coworkers in three locations (Gdansk, Warsaw, Poznan) I organize time for experiments and give opportunity to make wrong decisions. I focus on adaptation and improvement, sharing knowledge and experience in a no blame environment. Team is responsible for choosing methods and ways to serve customer purpose. Environment of choice, freedom and the power to do what matters creates customers value.
I believe that work climate determines the performance and effectiveness.

In my spare time I am a CCR diver, photographer and diving instructor.
