I believe that there are three "must haves" you need for building amazing teams as a ScrumMaster. Passion, enthusiasm and brilliant communication skills. You need to really believe in your abilities to do this, which helps to bring the best out in Scrum teams and which also drives people around you to reach their potential. Coupled with this, I firmly believe that the high energy, positivity and drive I bring into teams becomes an infectious base for delivering quality products in a enjoyable environment. My extensive knowledge and experience of Agile/Scrum allows me to integrate these changes in the best possible way. Advocacy, coaching and removing blockers, are skills I have been perfecting over many years. For me, scrum is a brilliant way to express and utilise these skills on a daily basis.
People I have worked with usually tend to describe me as "very energetic and always positive", but when you love what you do, this just comes naturally.
