To make things happen and lead teams towards success and autonomy, I use and share the most up-to-date agile management tools: innovation games, gamestorming, lean startup and business model generation.

As an experienced and passionate professional, I have envisioned and delivered new products and services in the Digital Industries, including mobile and internet contents and services.

My track-record for the last 20 years covers creating/managing teams, assessing/planning new businesses then designing/delivering new products or services. I like to work with entrepreneurial minds and expert engineers, willing to make innovative ideas becoming tangible businesses. I'm fluent in English, Spanish and French and have worked with many cultures across Europe, Americas and Asia.

Teaching agile project management with the Scrum Framework to Master degree students in Digital Design : 3 days-long course with workshops based on their project case, plus coaching to design and run their project.

Agile Coach for a global project aiming at transforming customer relationship management through the implementation of managed release 1 in 5 sprints (of 3 weeks) from inception to delivery. Ongoing training and coaching of both the team (from a consulting firm) and the Product Owner side, supporting all backlogs design, prioritization, fine tuning and delivery. Use of Innovation Games for Customer Understanding to support requirements collection and communication.
