I'm Freitas, a professional with extensive experience in the financial industry and a technical background in software engineering and management of high-performance teams.

For over two decades, I have been building software solutions to meet complex demands, from financial and accounting management systems to digital platforms for payments, credit, and e-commerce. I take pride in leading multidisciplinary and motivated teams that deliver value and quality to internal and external customers.

I began my professional journey in the 90s, at the time with data, extracting data from legacy systems, transforming and reading it to assist our team of directors and executives in making strategic and managerial decisions, using tools like Lotus, Excel, and a lot of logic.

My passion for data analysis and the possibility of simplifying people's lives awakened a fascination for technology and software development, leading me to dBase and Clipper, and soon earned me an invitation to join a software engineering team where I stayed for over 10 years and had the opportunity to work with various software development tools and databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.

As an Oracle Consultant for 3 years, I provided services to a renowned company in the tourism segment, on this occasion my experience with data analysis was fundamental and allowed me to implement several improvements that increased efficiency and reduced losses and risks in the billing process of national and international flights.

For 6 years I acted as a Systems Development Supervisor, exercising responsibilities that encompassed leadership and project management for the financial industry. From 2016 I carried out activities focused on product development, but always with a very technical bias that allows for more precise and fluid communication at various organizational levels.

As a Technical Product Owner in a Bank, I participated in the development of new products, such as PIX, Mobile Recharge, Automatic Debit, DOC and TED, in addition to promoting and implementing several improvements in development and architecture standards at the institution.

Since 2021, as a Team Lead, I became one of the main responsible and reference for the transactional operation of Brazil of one of the largest card transaction processing companies in the country, I led the team responsible for the tropicalization/foundation of the global platform to transact in the Brazilian market with the main flags, among them: Master, Visa, Master, Elo, and Hiper.
