• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 6-7 years in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Requirement gathering / analysis for new features; collaborate with Stakeholders / Product owner to clarify requirements around new feature requests
• Closely work with cross functional team and interact with Stakeholders, SMEs, Solution Designer, Architects and other teams. Implementing DevOps Practitioner

• Scrum Master for a SAFe project in tightly coupled skill of product management and project management with multiple scrum teams. DevOps
• Coordinated preparation of TDR using SRS documents while making sure that all the scenarios are covered from SRS by the team.
• Migration for the Pharmaceutical client from Mainframe to SAP.
• Extensive Development experience for Merchandizing industry into Mainframe
• Managed both monthly major and minor releases and Adhoc test requirements received from the client.
• Proactively worked to streamline process - Query Tracker between onshore & Offshore, Defect dispute process, Root cause analysis and Peer review, Code Review checklist, Closure Report, Lessons Learnt and track performance from earlier releases
• Well acquainted with all phases of SDLC and STLC.
• Risk Management for schedule slippage and mitigate as needed. Scope Management for the Nth release and N+2 releases, Micro Release, Emergency Fix, Highlight risks to Onshore in the WSR
• Liaise with Onshore for the scope of testing
• Conduct Production Go-Live and make sure pre Go-live (mock production validation) are performed before actual Go-Live.
• Drive Onshore calls and monitor and provide the status of progress of testing activity for the particular release

• Manage KT to onboard team members to make sure they have access to the required systems such that the delivery is not impacted
