Hi all, I'm Richard Coffre, Born in the late 60s; I think I felt in agile since I've started to work at the beginning of the 90s. First I was a programmer, and I used to work in close collaboration with the end user providing him incremental parts of the application on a regular basis. The way of doing used to give me the opportunity to build trust, to update what I was doing and finally to satisfy my customer. Indeed I was agile without knowing. Year by year, as I became a project manager, Chief Technical Officer, consultant, program manager, I still go on the way by applying agile values and principles. My epiphany was in 2010 when I met someone doing Scrum explicitly. At this time I realized that I was not the black swan on my side doing weird things. Since I am Agile Evangelist working as a Scrum Master, a Product Owner or an Agile coach depending on the context, the project, the needs. Since November 1st, I am Chief Agile Officer at Zenika and I am co-leading the agile team (about 20 people). My goal is to develop the Zenika Agile Business and also to help my workmates grow in their agile mindsets and skills. For me agile is not just tools to solve the issues, it is first and foremost a mindset.
