An Agile scrum practioner, I have around 17+ years of global experience with reputed companies in IT and Investment Banking sector with clients and teams across 4 continents in 10 countries.
Over the years my experience has covered areas including New Start-ups, Strategic Planning, Project Management(waterfall & Agile), Operations, Business Development, Software Development & Support, Customer Acquisitions, and Team Management. Currently designated as Program Manager, Net Urja, India.
I have a 3 year Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and 2 year Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Managment (IIM Lucknow) and I am an Agile scrum practitioner with certifications from scrum alliance (CSM, CSP, CSPO), holds project management certification (PMP) from PMI and also holds Scaled Agile Certificate(SAFe 4) from scaledAgile. Over the years my experience has covered areas of Business and IT operations including Strategic Planning, Project Management (waterfall & Agile), Operations, Sales & Marketing, Software Development & Support, and Team Management. I have been recognized by my supervisors as hardworking, smart and reliable resource with devotion to customer satisfaction.
In addition, I am able to communicate well with others and seek harmonious solutions to most problems thus able to create an environment of trust in workplace. Along with that, producing high quality work is always my top priority. I always work to ensure that things get done correctly and on time there by producing stable and predictive results. I have strong working knowledge of Project management tools like MS Project and JIRA with experience in defining workflows and processes
