I use technology projects to transform business and to bring efficiencies to internal operations. The most exciting work in my position is nurturing change by leveraging online tools. More specifically, I recently launched a business social suite for PBS's 10,000 Member Station employees to connect.

I have also worked with local non-profits to position their brands online. In the spirit of giving back, I have volunteered as a Director of Operations for a local college that I also gained certification for from the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia.

I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other Change and Product Managers. While I enjoy all aspects of organization development, my favorite stage of any project is business process engineering and working with continuants to understand their goals. The process of jointly developing ideas, sparks the best thoughts and navigates me to the edge of what appears impossible!

I have a Masters in Communications Technology and Adult Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and am ADKAR, PMC-III, SCRUM, and IOAs certified.
