Happily married and father of 1 boy that thankfully has the looks of his mom :)

I have been using scrum methodology since 2013 and in my experience it has been a growing experience profesionally and also personal. The teams I have worked with have transitioned from "conventional" project management to scrum in a natural and fluent way. Since sprint 1 we were able to identify areas of oportunuty and we have not stopped looking for ways to improve or make things better.

I like to work in a team where the knowledge is shared, the help is asked for and given and the peapole have initiative and accountability.
