Renato Brazioli

I've been working in the software engineering field since the beginning of my professional career, having the opportunity to cover different roles, both in development, as programmer, analyst and project leader, in support functions, as system administrator and database administrator and finally as project manager.

I've leveraged these experiences by getting involved in the Process & Quality management, with the adoption of SW-CMM and CMMI models.

I've been supporting a major software organisation in the qualification at SW-CMM level 5 and I've led the transition to CMMI level 5. I've been participating in SCAMPI A, B and C appraisals as Mini-team leader.

I'm currently coaching software organisations in implementation of CMM-DEV ML2 and ML3 practices.

I've developed a strong interest in Agile approaches for software development, with specific focus in Scrum.

My previous experiences in software development have provided me with very good insights on the day to day problems of a software organisation and I'm able to stand up to a facilitator role.

I've had several multi-cultural experiences and I've managed cross functional virtual teams, both locally and geographically located.
