Rajesh Bolledula, Agile Technical Project Manager is a Civil Engineering graduate of Osmania University, Hyderabad India, where he also completed post-graduation in Management Information Systems and Computer Applications.
Raj, during post-graduate course was selected by top 3 IT innovation companies during Osmania University campus interviews, and was selected into Satyam Computer Services Private Limited, which was one of the pioneers IT companies during 1990 that brought India onto IT world map.
Raj focused mainly on Information Technology Software development processes, however worked majorly in developer roles during initial years. After moving to US, Raj concentrated working towards furthering advanced IT SDLC processes to move into mid-tier leadership roles. This enabled Raj to bring in and implement various Project Management concepts during project consulting years with many fortune 500 companies. Raj later diversified into Agile implementations where he completed at least 8 consulting projects of 6 months duration or more to bring in Agile, Scrum methodologies to evolve into a process expert in Agile help salvage projects and complete successfully. Currently Raj holds Scrum Alliance certifications for Scrum Master, Product Owner and intends to work towards attaining further knowledge of new Agile concepts such as Scaled Agile Framework as next step in his pursuit to further his professional career.
