The past three years Richard has managed Starwood Hotels & Resorts digital functional pillar for web, mobile web, and mobile apps. Supporting an agile team for the new digital booking path functionality, also managing the brands and business enhancements, content and code maintenance, API enhancements for internal and external consumption, and the digital customer care centers sites. His responsibilities also included managing a team of project managers supporting the division of Digital Distribution, Loyalty, Partnership and Marketing.
