Raquel Godoy Thiele

I have always been a very organized person, fascinated by product, technology and innovations, and who liked to understand people and their motivations. I am passionate about the products I get involved with, more than that, for the problems they solve.

I started working in the traditional software development business in 2013 but I was uncomfortable about the process. In 2016 I started to study Agile Methods, Design Thinking, Product development, then I never stopped, it was what I was looking for. More than the rules of each method, what woke me up was the Agile way of thinking with a focus on people, the customer's need and flexibility to change.

With 7 years of experience with technology, I worked in the last 3 years with Product, technology and design squads in the enterprise business and startups from different sectors, such as Education and Health, in different areas (Human Resources, Maintenance, Financial ..) mainly Technology. My main motivation is to build products that make people happier.
