About
Having more than 15 years of experience in delivering value to customers (certified Scrum Product Owner since 2015). I offer my knowledge and skills to clients who need to reboot or adjust product strategy, create a new (not only digital) product, or revise and transform business processes. Or they need an experienced partner to defend their interests in negotiations with an IT vendor - simply somebody who speaks the language of both the customer and the developers.
I am firmly customer and business-value-oriented. I am here to build a strategic vision that can be broadly shared with customers, stakeholders, and team. That Is the essential role of the product owner/manager. On the other hand, I am fearless in making decisions on tactical and operational levels if needed.
My most vital skills are analytical thinking and communication. I can quickly but deeply analyze processes and systems. I can identify customers' real needs and find solutions that will bring the biggest value. I am neither a developer nor a technical specialist, but I have a broad overview that helps me find unconventional links.
