• Establishing an Agile Working Group made up of Business and Technology leaders to provide executive oversight for an Agile Transformation initiative
• Facilitating backlog grooming sessions with product owner to keep the backlog prioritized and up-to-date
• Facilitating sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Facilitating Release planning by working with Product Owners to develop a roadmap based on the strategic vision of the product and the identification of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
