Have successfully built and lead a number of scrum teams at Monitise PLC, some of which worked on delivered a multi award winning mobile banking application on time and to budget for one of its key clients. This was a challanging role as there was great resistence within the business who had adopted a lose implementation of scrum but not seen Scrum succeed in such a way before. The success of the projects saw the customer adopting scrum themselfs going forward.
