Peter Rößler
About
Peter Rößler started his professional career as a classical project manager for one of the biggest tech consumer information websites in Germany (chip.de). In 2008 he coached the first Scrum team at CHIP and became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He influenced the company by using agile practices in different (project) teams (visualization of workflow, retrospectives, Agile estimation) and helped setting up more Scrum teams in the following years.
In that period of time he also became an active member of the Agile community in Germany and was participating in (un-)conferences like the Agile Coach Camp and Play for Agile.
After leaving CHIP in 2013 he started working for Jochen Schweizer GmbH. Here he helped the company to start working with cross-functional Scrum teams.
Since 2015 Peter is now working for it-agile GmbH as an Agile Coach.
He is a trained solution focus coach and a trained EED coach. Peter is also a trained mediator.
Together with the Munich it-agile team he set up the Scrum Open Space Munich user group. Currently he is also a member of the Play for Agile orgteam.
Peter is also a Lego Serious Play facilitator. He loves music and has played the tenor saxophone in various jazz and funk formations.
