Patrick M Phalen has 20 years industry experience with expertise in Supply Chain Processes & Technology, Continuous Improvement, Product Development & Data Management. Patrick's background is diverse but the consistency is in identifying business needs, creating the vision & road map, optimizing & sustaining the process then moving on to the next opportunity. The foundation is built on developing people, robust processes & optimized tools & technology.

Personal Development is among Patrick's greatest passions. One of the tools in Patrick's toolbox is Clifton Strengths Finders. Since 2015, Patrick has coached more than 70 colleagues & members of my community to hone their strengths in areas of execution, influence, relationships & strategy. In his workplace, this has contributed to benchmarkable engagement & collaboration.

For Patrick, process optimization is rooted in Lean & Six Sigma (DMADV & DMAIC) methodologies. Regardless of the process function, capabilities must be embedded for Process Design, Problem Solving, Knowledge sharing & developing leaders as teachers.

Tools & technologies are critical but, more importantly, they must supplement skilled people & robust processes. If not, something (the new technology, other interfaced technologies or even the process itself) is sub optimized. Patrick's experience & skill set lend themselves to successful & innovative solutions to meet strategic needs.
