This was a software development project to create the "GT Unified Platform". It was a software platform, developed by Mind Solutions SA and used by Grant Thornton, in conjunction with their 3 year BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) Program. Its purpose is to support or implement the new or changed business processes in Grant-Thornton. The sponsor was the chairman of board Dr Dimitris Ntzanatos. We used the Scrum framework to develop the platform. A product team of 7 people was assembled. 1 Product Owner, myself as the Scrum Master and the Team which was comprised by 5 Developers. Sprint length was set to 4 weeks. The project is still in progress.

A product team of 8 people was assembled. 1 Product Owner, myself as the Scrum Master and the Team which was comprised by 4 Developers, 1 Developer & Business Analyst and 1 Developer & Tester. Sprint length was set to 1 month. After the 6th sprint we shifted to 2 weeks sprints, due to the fact that the Team had matured, had significantly improved its performance and had gained a deeper understanding of Scrum. The project was marked by the Product Owner and the Upper Management as a successful one.
