Pradeep Pandavath:
My career started back in January, 2006. Since then I’ve been working with .NET technologies. All the projects I started working with were based on the waterfall model.
My first exposure to the agile world was through Scrum when I joined NewAgeSys Solutions, in December, 2011. The organization had closed a couple of contracts with customers who were interested in agile methodologies, in fact Scrum, and I was pulled in to facilitate the engagement.
My next position as a ScrumMaster at Notetech Software, provided many opportunities to explore the world of Scrum as the customers were very much interested in the framework and eager to reap the benefits of true agility. My role enabled me to train a couple of Scrum teams up.
I then moved on to UST Global to undertake a similar role, of that of a ScrumMaster, however in a much wider context. My additional responsibilities involved spreading the agile culture across the organization and help numerous agile teams, including customer stakeholders.
