Prabhat Kumar

Prabhat Kumar is an ICP-ACC, CSM, CSP certified agile and TOGAF practitioner currently working as a Technical Lead Scrum Master in Gspann Inc. The role is not just limited to the technical leadership to build a highly effective and winning team which can lead to a high quality product. I have more than 8.6 years’ experience working in various domain and mostly in Microsoft web, windows and Mobility application development.
I am also part of Agile coach group community in Gspann which is primarily responsible for educating and helping the teams for the implementation of Scrum and other agile methodologies like XP, Lean, Kanban and Safe across the Geo.
In the current role the primary responsibility is to work closely with the Product owners (Business Analyst) scrum master and Development team to envision the future requirements, spikes and accordingly priorities the product backlog. During this product development I also have the responsibility of Scrum Master for the local team and also help the global team to mature on agile practices. I am also responsible for the release planning, epic to user story, collaborating with the global team to help them sizing, working closely with product owner for prioritization, Sprint planning, helping teams for demo and retrospective etc.
Solid experience in Agile estimating/planning/releases/Coaching/mentorship, Test Driven Development, Continuous Improvement, User Stories, Continuous Integration and DevOps.

I am also actively participating in the various agile groups, meet ups and webinar. Read some of the key books around user stories, estimation, Agile coaching and Scrum. Active blogger on Scrum, Agile and technical articles.
