Pavel Klymenko

A native of Ukraine, I obtained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mathematics before gaining experience with leading telecoms firms in network planning and service management, culminating in a position managing all network operations for Vega Telecoms, the largest alternative fixed-line operator in Ukraine.

I then moved to SMTP, Inc. of Boston, USA, as Operations Engineering Director, where I am also was a member of the Executive Committee.

For the past five years, I am managing TubeMogul, Inc. Ukrainian subsidiary (acquired by Adobe) where I am playing a critical role in Kiev entity operations and ensuring the smooth-running and expert management of all related processes, responsible for functional and administrative management of the local team as well as adopting Agile principles and practices to ensure visibility, transparency, and predictability.

I speak excellent English and basic French, as well as my native Russian and Ukrainian.
